The existing conservatory roof is removed and replaced by lightweight aluminium ridge beams in preparation for the new Lightweight Conservatory Tiling System.

Insulation sheets are layered above the aluminium ridge beams and secured onto the structure using tanalised timber batons.

12mm treated plywood is precision cut and then fixed onto the tanalised timber batons along with a breathable membrane.

Guttering and fascia boards are then added to the new bespoke conservatory roof. The following choice of colours are available: white, caramel, brown and black.

Our tiles are then layered onto the conservatory. Authentically shaped with textured surfaces with edges that are moulded from traditional slates, make them almost indistinguishable from natural slate .

Insulated plaster board is then secured to the interior of the conservatory. Once dry, the interior can then be painting in the colour of your choice.
